Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. About ZERO → ONE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ZERO → ONE, a digital educational product operated under the EPOS Group brand (“EPOS Group”, “ZERO → ONE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing the product, or using any part of ZERO → ONE, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

ZERO → ONE provides digital educational content, business frameworks, interactive tools, templates, exercises, saved workspaces and related resources designed to help users develop and operate a digital service business.

We may improve, modify, reorganise, add to or remove parts of the Service from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are not legally able to enter into contracts on your own, you may use the Service only with any consent or supervision required by applicable law.

4. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You must provide accurate information and may not create accounts for fraudulent, misleading or abusive purposes.

Accounts and paid access are personal and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed or shared with other persons unless we expressly permit it.

5. Purchases and Payment

Purchases may be processed through third-party commerce and payment providers, including Gumroad.

Prices, currencies, taxes and available payment methods may depend on your location and on the relevant payment provider.

Your access may be linked to the email address used for the purchase. You are responsible for using the correct email address when purchasing and registering.

6. Digital Content and Immediate Access

By purchasing ZERO → ONE and requesting or receiving immediate access to the digital product, you request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately.

Where applicable law provides a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content, you acknowledge that starting immediate delivery may result in the loss of that right where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

7. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access to ZERO → ONE has been provided.

Because ZERO → ONE is a digital product that can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not provide refunds based on change of mind, failure to use the product, lack of time, subjective expectations, or failure to achieve a particular business result.

This policy does not affect rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Educational Purpose

ZERO → ONE is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own business, financial and legal decisions and should obtain professional advice where appropriate.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any particular financial result, level of income, number of clients, business outcome, employment outcome, conversion rate or commercial success.

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your actions, skills, execution, market conditions, pricing, demand, competition and third-party decisions.

Examples, frameworks, scenarios and calculations included in the Service are illustrative and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ZERO → ONE and its original content, software, design, branding, frameworks, text, lessons, templates, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to EPOS Group.

A purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own purposes.

You may not:

  • redistribute or publicly publish paid ZERO → ONE content;
  • resell, sublicense or commercially distribute our materials;
  • copy substantial parts of the product to create a competing product;
  • remove intellectual property notices;
  • provide unauthorised third-party access to your account.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of original information and material that you enter into workspaces, tools or submissions.

You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, transmit and display that data in order to provide and maintain the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use ZERO → ONE to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
  • attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
  • distribute malware or malicious code;
  • scrape, reverse engineer or systematically extract protected content except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • engage in fraud, abuse or impersonation.

13. Third-Party Services

ZERO → ONE depends on third-party providers such as hosting, authentication, email, infrastructure, analytics and payment providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for failures or interruptions caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

14. Availability

We aim to keep ZERO → ONE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access.

Maintenance, security issues, provider outages, technical failures or product changes may temporarily affect availability.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, respond to fraud or abuse, comply with law or prevent harm.

Where reasonably possible, we will take the circumstances and applicable consumer rights into account before permanently terminating paid access.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranty that the Service will meet every individual expectation or produce a specific commercial result.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPOS Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, ZERO → ONE.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, business opportunities, revenue, goodwill or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Mandatory Rights

Users may have mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights depending on their location.

These Terms are not intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude.

19. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to the laws and mandatory legal rules applicable to the relationship between you and the operator of ZERO → ONE.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or access to courts or dispute mechanisms available under applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, our business model, providers or applicable legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page together with its effective date.
